Follow the below steps to register on AF Connect:

• Register at https://online.alexforbes.com/ 
• Select "Register" and complete the required fields to complete the registration process. 
• You will be sent a confirmation email or SMS based on the registration contact channel selected. 
• Once registered, login using your AF Connect credentials to view your latest fund value and/or make a savings pot withdrawal claim. 

If you experience any issues with logging in or registering, send an email with your ID number and screenshot of the error message to AFOnlineHelp@alexforbes.com. 

• If you were a member of the Fund on 1 March 2021 and you were 55 years or older, and you remained a member of the Fund until 1 September 2024, you will be automatically excluded from the two-pot retirement system changes unless you opt in. You may complete an opt-in form by clicking here. You have until 31 August 2025 to submit an opt-in form.
